Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Bengal Tiger Trader ("we," "us," or "our") concerning all mobile games, applications, websites, and related services that we publish or operate, including Services released after these Terms take effect (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, purchasing through, or using a Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and minors

You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms. A parent or guardian must accept them and supervise use by anyone below the age of legal majority. Parents are responsible for purchases and activity by minors under their supervision. You may not use the Services where prohibited by law, sanctions, export rules, platform rules, or a prior suspension.

3. Limited license

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services on compatible devices you own or control for lawful personal use or the relevant app's intended organizational purpose. The Services are licensed, not sold.

You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, bypass protections, create unauthorized derivative works, remove notices, use bots or cheats, disrupt systems, or exploit any Service commercially without written permission, except where law does not permit a restriction.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or submit unlawful or infringing content.
• Do not access accounts, systems, networks, or information without authorization.
• Do not introduce malware, overload infrastructure, manipulate ads, rewards, purchases, scores, or progression.
• Do not collect information about others without lawful permission.
• Do not use the Services for regulated, illegal, or high-risk professional activity.

We may investigate and restrict access where reasonably needed to protect users, systems, third parties, or legal compliance.

5. Game progress and virtual content

Our games may include experience points, weapons, upgrades, levels, rewards, currencies, and other virtual content. Virtual content is licensed only for use inside the applicable game, has no cash value, is not property, and may not be sold or transferred outside authorized functions.

We may rebalance, modify, remove, or reset modes, rewards, items, scores, or progression for gameplay, security, technical, legal, or business reasons. Local progress may be lost when you clear app data, change devices, uninstall, or experience device failure. Do not assume progress transfers unless cloud backup is explicitly offered.

6. Productivity and workflow features

Some Services may let you create requests, notes, contact details, status records, or other content ("User Content"). You retain your rights in that content and give us a limited license to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and support the applicable Service.

You are responsible for your entries and permissions. Do not store passwords, card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, confidential client data, or trade secrets.

7. Purchases, advertising, and third parties

Some Services may offer ads, ad-supported rewards, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. The applicable app store controls pricing, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds under its rules. We do not receive full payment-card details. Virtual purchases are generally final except where store policy or law provides otherwise.

Ad availability and rewards may vary by device, region, age setting, network, and provider. Third-party stores, ad networks, analytics services, and websites operate under their own terms. We do not control their availability, content, or practices.

8. Ownership and feedback

We and our licensors own the Services, software, game mechanics, graphics, characters, interfaces, text, audio, trademarks, and other content, excluding User Content and third-party materials. If you submit feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use and incorporate it without compensation.

9. Updates and availability

We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features or Services. Some updates may be required. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent availability of any mode, reward, service catalogue, integration, or locally stored record. Maintain independent copies of information important to you.

10. Disclaimers and liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

We do not guarantee that progress or local records will never be lost, that defects will be fixed, or that business-app content is complete or suitable for a professional decision.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, PROGRESS, OR OPPORTUNITY. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the greater of amounts paid through the relevant Service during the preceding 12 months or US $50, unless law requires otherwise.

11. Termination, law, and changes

You may stop using the Services by uninstalling. We may suspend access for material violations, fraud, security or legal risk, or discontinuation. License rights end on termination; ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and accrued obligations survive.

Applicable law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact us first to seek informal resolution. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder survives. We may update these Terms and will revise the date above.
